Welcome to MCPRepo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the MCPRepo platform.

2. Description of Service

MCPRepo is a platform that allows users to discover, share, and promote Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations. Our services include repository listings, documentation, and community resources related to MCP servers and clients.

3. User Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. User Content

Our platform allows you to submit, post, and share content, including but not limited to repository information, documentation, and use cases. You retain ownership of all content you submit.

By submitting content to MCPRepo, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media. This license allows MCPRepo to make your content available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the content you post and that such content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with our content standards
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate MCPRepo, an MCPRepo employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform

6. Intellectual Property

The MCPRepo platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MCPRepo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform or contact us to request account deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MCPRepo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform.
